Begin with a generous selection of fresh seafood and handcrafted platters, complete with artisan cheeses, dips, and crisp seasonal salads, before moving to the heart of the feast. For the main event, savour the holiday classics reimagined: Pistachio & Cranberry Turkey Breast Roulade, rich with festive flavors, or succulent Roasted Porchetta with delicious sides shared at the table. End on a sweet note with a buffet of timeless indulgences: a festive Yule Log, delicate mini pavlovas, and the comforting tradition of a classic mince pie and more.
